UnlimitedCook believe, like Jollof rice, is one of those Nigerian dishes, that everyone seems to have a different way of cooking. There are three different ways that I know, I’ve only featured one, recently tried the second and rarely use the third.
The recipe I featured, is usually my go-to Egusi soup recipe. The second one is involves blending crayfish and pepper, while the third involves blending onions to add to the ground Egusi.
I love Egusi soup, it’s probably my favorite Nigerian soup, but when I make it, the whole point of it for me, is that there is no blending, hence the featured recipe which I always fall back on.
