The Two-Minute Drill
The following workout, is specifically designed to jump-start your metabolism first thing, maximising your fat-burning potential while you're thinking about what shirt to wear.
Perform each of the following exercises for 15 seconds, then move immediately to the next until you have done all eight in just two minutes. Then jump in the shower.

1. Crunches (15 seconds)
Lie on your back with knees bent. Keeping your neck and back straight, use your abs to lift your shoulders off the floor. Release and repeat.2. Press-ups (15 seconds)
With body straight and hands roughly shoulder-width apart,lower yourself till your chest nearly touches the floor.Push back up and repeat.3. High knees (15 seconds)
start running on the spot. Keep your knees high and swing your opposite hand for a smoother rhythm.
